In 2003: Vinaconex Corporation established the Center for Bidding and Project Management to act on behalf of the Corporation to manage the bidding procedures and perform projects after winning the bid (the unique center to manage all construction projects awarded). Main task of the Center is to build up and manage the trademark Vinaconex in the field of construction.
On 16/05/2007: VINACONEX Engineering Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (VINACONEX E&C) was established based on the Center for Bidding and Project Management, received the first business registration certificate on 16/05/2007.
On 31/10/2007: Organized successfully General Shareholder's Meeting that founded VINACONEX Engineering Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (VINACONEX E&C).
On 01/11/2007: VINACONEX E&C was launched and officially went into operation.
On 05/03/2008: 1st revised business registration certificate was re-issued, that added "Real estate development" to the business lines of the Company.
In November 2008: Certificate of ISO9001:2000 is granted for quality control system.
